Nadine Arsenault
Co-founder and Executive Director · Toronto
Nadine Arsenault co-founded Rungwell with Joseph Githinji in 2015 and has led it since. She grew up in Moncton, New Brunswick, trained as a development economist, and spent seven years evaluating youth employment programs in Kenya, Uganda and the Philippines, the last three of them based in Nairobi.
She has said that the evaluations taught her two things: that training without a job at the end of it rarely changes anything, and that the jobs young people were being trained for were disappearing into software. Rungwell was her answer to both.
Oren Feldman
Chief Operating Officer · Toronto
Oren Feldman joined Rungwell in 2019 from a Toronto logistics software company, where he ran customer operations across three continents. He is responsible for delivery at both centres, Rungwell at Home and the Rungwell Tasks platform.
He led the move to home working in 2020 and the introduction of Focus Assurance in 2023.
Linda Tse
Chief Financial Officer · Toronto
Linda Tse is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She spent twelve years in audit and advisory work for charities and co-operatives before joining Rungwell as its first finance director in 2017, and became Chief Financial Officer in 2021.
Esther Ndirangu
Country Director, Kenya · Nairobi
Esther Ndirangu grew up in Nyeri and spent twelve years in banking operations in Nairobi, latterly running a back office of 300 people. She joined Rungwell as head of operations in Nairobi in 2018 and has been Country Director since 2021.
She chairs the panel that assesses every promotion at the Nairobi centre, and still sits in on the first morning of every cohort.
Rowena Dimaculangan
Country Director, Philippines · Manila
Rowena Dimaculangan built and ran training academies for the contact-centre industry in Ortigas and Cebu for eleven years before opening Rungwell’s Manila centre in 2019. She is from Batangas City and studied psychology at a state university in Manila.
Under her the Manila centre has grown to two floors and took on Rungwell’s first cohort of Deaf labellers in 2024.
Ravi Subramaniam
Director of Quality · Toronto
Ravi Subramaniam designed Rungwell’s quality system: the gold sets, calibration rounds and acceptance reporting that every project uses. Before joining in 2018 he led data quality for a medical imaging start-up in Waterloo, Ontario.
Graham Lusk
Director, Client Programs · Toronto
Graham Lusk leads the team that scopes, prices and runs client projects, from the first pilot to the monthly acceptance report. He joined Rungwell in 2020 after a decade in enterprise sales and account management for computer-vision companies in Toronto and Singapore.
Dr. Siobhan Kerr
Head of Wellbeing · Toronto
Siobhan Kerr is a registered clinical psychologist. She worked with emergency dispatchers and content moderators in Ireland and Canada before joining Rungwell in 2021 to build its wellbeing program, including the content tiers and the on-site counselling teams in both centres.
Adaeze Ibekwe
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary · Toronto
Adaeze Ibekwe is a lawyer called to the bar in Ontario. She practised employment and privacy law in Toronto before joining Rungwell in 2022, and is secretary to the board and its committees.
