Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including the many people who work at Rungwell with disabilities.
1. Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every page is tested with an automated checker at desktop and phone widths before it is published, and key pages are tested with a screen reader and by keyboard.
2. What we know is not right
- Some detailed drawings, such as the section of the Nairobi quality floor, scroll sideways on small screens. Each has a text description, and a full-size version is linked.
- Our PDF reports are not fully tagged. Every report is also published as a web page.
- Charts are drawn as images with text descriptions; the figures are also given in the text or in tables.
3. Telling us about a problem
If something on this site does not work for you, email accessibility@rungwell.org with the address of the page. We reply within five working days, and we will send you the information in another format if you need it.
4. At work
Rungwell Tasks has text versions of every audio prompt, a larger text option and keyboard shortcuts for every tool. Our Manila centre employs Filipino Sign Language interpreters. Labellers who need adjustments should talk to their centre’s People team.
