Our labellers work in Kilimani, Nairobi and Cubao, Quezon City, and from home around both. Toronto is where clients, finance and governance live.

The centres’ hours over one day in UTC: Manila from 22:00 to 14:00, Nairobi from 03:00 to 19:00, client services in Toronto from 13:30 to 22:30. Projects can run in one centre or both. Running in both shortens turnaround and gives a client two teams calibrated against the same gold set, which is the best protection we know against one team’s habits becoming the data’s habits.

Rungwell at Home

Each centre also employs labellers who work from home: 556 attached to Nairobi and 384 to Manila at the end of 2025. They train in their centre’s cohort room, come in for a calibration day each quarter, and are managed by the centre’s team leads. See the Impact Report for where they live.
