Rungwell Tasks is the app you will use for almost all of your work at Rungwell. It runs on centre workstations, on Rungwell at Home laptops and, for some task types, on Rungwell-managed Android phones. It does not run on personal devices.
Before your first task
- Sign in with your Worker ID and the password your trainer gave you, and choose a new password. See Signing in.
- Check that your name, centre and team lead are correct under Me.
- Open Training and finish the three short modules your cohort is assigned: the tools, the quality system and wellbeing. They take about 40 minutes and count as shift time.
- If you work through Rungwell at Home, complete the Focus Assurance check under Me › Devices. It takes two minutes. See Focus Assurance.
The four tabs
- Queue shows the task cards assigned to you or your team.
- Training holds your modules, calibration rounds and guideline updates.
- Earnings shows your pay period so far.
- Me holds your profile, devices, wellbeing time and help.
Your trainer will stay with your cohort for the first three weeks. After that, your team lead is your first contact for anything to do with the app.
