If you work through Rungwell at Home you have a Rungwell laptop, a headset and a monthly data bundle, all paid for by Rungwell. They stay Rungwell’s property and are returned when you leave.
- Use the laptop only for Rungwell work. Other software cannot be installed.
- Work somewhere quiet, with your back to a wall if you can, so that people do not pass behind you.
- Keep the laptop charged. A full charge lasts about six hours of work.
- If the power goes, keep working offline: see Working offline.
If something breaks
Tell your team lead the same day. Laptops are replaced from the centre, usually within two working days; you are paid your base for the shifts you lose.
Your data bundle
Your bundle renews on the first of each month. If it runs out before the end of the month, ask your team lead for a top-up. It will not be deducted from your pay.
